Description
Finished commission for Shadowquine. Fffff I love working with this character. His design is so simple and clean <3
Any way, the image request was for Shadow to be posed in a tasteful pin up type image; the original concept was for his tail to be covering the goods but I decided to use his hat, since it is hard to picture this character without their hat.
I had a lot of fun with this image once it started working out correctly, you can't see it really well in the scan but he does have is dapples.
Colored pencil on toned recycled paper. I love working on this stuff, honestly loveee it.

That's right, sir, cover that up. I like the hair on his head, though I have to ask, is that hay he's supposed to be sitting on/reclining against? It's somewhat flat and not very distinguished, though I like the idea. Same with the hat, I think it's a little flat.
